Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-8 business days within Canada and 7-14 business days internationally. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Only our A5 binder planners can be returned, and only for manufacturing defects reported within 14 days of delivery — approved returns are issued as store credit. All inserts, accessories, and other items are final sale. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

The Cavie planner is A5 size (148 x 210mm / 5.8 x 8.3 inches). It uses a 6-ring binder mechanism so you can add, remove, and rearrange pages as needed.

All Cavie accessories -- inserts, stickers, pen loops, dividers, covers, and charms -- are designed for the A5 6-ring binder. Third-party A5 inserts with standard 6-ring spacing are also compatible.
